【摘要】 目的：探究青光眼滤过术后角膜缘切口手术治疗白内障的临床效果。方法：将2015年10月-2018年10月笔者所在医院眼科收治的行青光眼滤过术后白内障患者87例作为研究对象，所有患者均接受角膜缘切口手术治疗，统计患者术后并发症及治疗前、后视力变化。结果：经手术治疗后，患者裸眼视力>0.5的患者比例明显增多，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后出现悬韧带裂眼2例(2.30%)，术后视力下降共3例(3.45%)，术后瞳孔变形共3例(3.45%)。结论：青光眼滤过术后应用角膜缘切口手术治疗白内障，可有助于其视力恢复，且术后并发症相对较少，具有一定的临床应用价值。
